Opt in / Opt out
Jul. 28th, 2014 11:38 amJust because something is fictional doesn't mean it can't affect a person in a real way.
This is a general Opt out/Opt in post for all things Sei. I'd like people to let me know if they do AND don't want to be considered for certain things. Furthermore, please feel free to use this space as a means of suggesting interactions, should anything not be included on the list.
I myself don't have any triggering topics, so interactions with me/my characters are free to take any form without restriction. Just let me know your questions/comments/concerns.
Powers will be mentioned here, possibly triggering subjects will be under the cut.
Sei's powers include:
*Reading surface thoughts, intentions, desires, so long as he can make eye-contact.
*Actively seeing into people's minds (memories, thoughts, dreams).
*Operating tech (eg: televisions, computer screens, VR machines) by insinuating his will into it to actively display imagery of his choice, eg: holograms, images of himself or others, fabricated games.
*Actively able to distract people who see his eyes, causing them to lose time, forget they saw him, not realize he has left.
*Making people commit acts they were not intending to do, from something as simple as kissing him to as serious as murdering someone close to them.
*The ability to create false memories in others or completely nullify already present ones.
*The ability to change a person's personality or completely enthrall them to his command.
*The ability to create inorganic artificial intelligence, eg: Usui (android "Allmate"), responsive AI programs, robotic pets.
*The ability to create complex games and user interfaces with his mind as opposed to physically coding a program.
In short, Sei is a mental powerhouse with the ability to create and in his canon is viewed as a living God created by man. He is extremely dangerous and capable of extraordinarily manipulative things. Fortunately he's a very kind person, as well.
Feel free to opt out of any/all of these things, or opt in to only very specific things.
